Q: Are there specific medical requirements?
A: Yes. All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Lepto and Bordatella vaccinations. Plus flea and tick prevention during the appropriate seasons. Please bring your records, or have your vet fax us.  

Q: My dog is a senior and a little shy.
A: We have our Zen Den and senior center for dogs that need a little quiet time. Or just a place to chill out. And there’s never an extra charge.  

Q: What if there’s a medical emergency?
A: We have an arrangement with several nearby Veterinary Clinics. We’ll see to it that any sick dog gets immediate attention. And of course we’ll let you know.  

Q: Are there fixed drop-off and pick-up times?

A: Our Drop off and Pick up hours for both Daycare and Boarding are:
Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am to 12pm/4pm to 7pm

During holidays and peak times, hours are subject to change. Please call (847) 831-3784

Q: Do you offer any special discounts?
A: Yes. Members of the Armed Forces, Police, Fire and The Post Office receive a 25% discount.
